Airport Operations
The Airport Operations Division is responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient operation of all airside and landside facilities in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This division plays a critical role in maintaining FAA Part 139 and TSA 1542 compliance, managing daily operational activities, and supporting airport users, tenants, and the traveling public.
The Airport Superintendent of Operations is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and supervision of the Airport Operations and Airport Maintenance Divisions. This position ensures that all airport activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, while supporting the safe, secure, and efficient functioning of airside and landside operations. The Superintendent plays a key role in maintaining FAA Part 139 certification, TSA 1542 compliance, and readiness of airport infrastructure and facilities.
